14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

 

At GoldenStudio.pk, we stand behind our products and services and promise to leave you completely satisfied!

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unused products for a full refund in the original form of payment.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return.

Goldenstudio.pk  reserves the right to refuse the return and refund of goods shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and review your return, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of receiving the refund confirmation email, please contact us at cs@goldenstudio.pk

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at cs@goldenstudio.pk
